  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship across Pakistan and selected international destinations.
  • Shipping Cost: Enjoy free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat rate of PKR 200 applies.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Times: Deliveries within Karachi are completed within 2-3 business days. Other regions may take up to 5-7 business days.
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • International Orders: Please note that customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: Contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit.
